This 100% chardonnay displays a beautiful straw color with focused lemon/lime, pear and vanilla aromas. Lean and crisp acidity furthers its ability to match with food.   Perfect matches include: any shellfish, cheeses with fruit, fish dishes with assertive sauces and assorted appetizers.  A smooth finish with a subtle oak sweetness adds to the charm of this offering.  With age, (up to four more years) this wine will continue to develop a smoother texture.
