Kings Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
Known as our “drink now” Cabernet which exhibits lighter tannins in an earlier maturing style. Never an overblown Cabernet and always a fantastic value, it consistently displays charm and grace. This wine is now very approachable, even with its bigger structure for 2016. The oak has integrated and the finish is developing considerable length. Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon
Extracted and concentrated, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful example of what an old vine vineyard grown in a cool climate can produce. Most Cabernet producers blend with other varieties to help round out hardness inherent in Cab grapes. This wine is 100% Cab with no blending… showing its true unbridled character. La Questa Cabernet Sauvignon
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is produced exclusively from the remaining one acre of grapes known as the La Questa Vineyard. Originally planted in 1884, the vineyard now yields very low crops. Select vintages are only produced in years when grapes reach full maturity and never exceed 50 cases. Aged in 100% new French Oak Barrels, unfined/filtered. AUTO VINO Tempranillo
Tempranillo is the primary grape variety used in Rioja wines of Spain. Not often bottled as a singular variety, this offering showcases its unblended character. Aromas of berries, tomato and a herbal note with an subtle oak finish. Food parings include Barbecue/grilled/smoked meats, corn based dishes and Mexican food. Grown in Santa Cruz Mountains AVA.

This sparkler has a light golden color with aromas of green apple and an effervescence that displays ribbons of bubbles. On the palate, it has noticeably refreshing fruit flavors followed with a delightful finish. A perfect crowd pleaser for brunches and weddings.
